ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the steps provided in the instagram post. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of EMRJ Travel or Fine Outing. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple instagram accounts, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Utah Travel Deals.
PRIZES: The approximate retail value of all prizes is $500. The prizes are outlined in the instagram posts from Dec 13 – Dec 25. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Referral Program

I. How the Program Works

A. Program Participation

To participate in the Program, Fine Outing must be made aware of either the referer or the person being referred.
The referer can direct any referral to fill out the form at fineouting.com/travel-inquiry and include the referrer’s name in the additional comments field or send an email to travel@fineouting.com with the referral’s information.
The person being referred can mention to Fine Outing at the time of inquiry or booking the person that referred them.

C. Receiving the Incentive or Prize

If the person has met the qualifying participation conditions and the person referred books and goes on a trip booked by Fine Outing, they qualify for the incentive or prize.
The prize is the referrer’s choice of two options: $25 for themselves and the person they referred or a percentage cash back towards a vacation of their own.
1. The percentage cash back is dependent on the trip booked by the person referred. It is up to Fine Outings sole discretion how much cash back will be awarded.
2. Cash back will be awarded once both trips are complete (for the referrer and person being referred)
